http://www.ia-cps.org website is owned and operated by IACPS, hereinafter referred to as IACPS. http://www.ia-cps.org website is designed and used to protect your right to privacy and not negatively affect your personal life, according to the Confidentiality policy adopted by IACPS, both concerning the collection of your identification data and the use and storage of these data.

For this purpose, IACPS guarantees to make all efforts to ensure the safety of all your personal data, as well as the fact that these data will be solely used for the purposes for which they were provided. IACPS will not collect other information about your person and will not transferred the collected data to third parties, without your prior agreement.

According to the law on personal protection concerning the processing of personal data and their free circulation, IACPS has the obligation to safely administer your personal data only for specified purposes. The purpose of data collection is to confirm orders.

You have the obligation to provide the data necessary for processing orders. Your refusal determines the impossibility to complete orders. Registered information is solely for the operator use. If you wish to receive information about the products, services or events provided or organized by IACPS, your agreement is necessary.

You benefit from the right to access, intervene on data, the right to not be subject to a personal decision and the right to refer a matter to the court. You are also entitled to oppose the processing of your personal data and request the deletion of data. In order to exercise these rights, you can submit a written, dated and signed application to IACPS.

If some of your data are incorrect, please inform us as soon as possible. This Confidentiality policy is a completion to any other terms and conditions applicable in relation to IACPS, such as the Terms and conditions for consumers. Accessing http://www.ia-cps.org and registering into a user account, even without requesting the services provided by IACPS, equal your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of the Confidentiality policy. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, please stop accessing the site.

Information collected by IACPS

All your personal information, as user of http://www.ia-cps.org, are voluntarily transmitted by you within the newsletter subscription procedures and/or registration of the user account, as well as in the moment of contracting services and/or products promoted by IACPS.

The user who accesses http://www.ia-cps.org has the possibility to subscribe to daily notifications about IACPS services, sent by e-mail to all users subscribed to this service.

The account is created after the subscription, by defining a unique password and providing the identification data of the user, namely name, first name, gender, domicile, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth. It is also possible to use Facebook Login function, where these data are taken over by Facebook platform, with the explicit and prior consent of the user.

In the registration process, IACPS will identity the IP (Internet Protocol) address of the user. The IP address is a number allocated to each computer that accesses the Internet. This information can be used by IACPS to identify the geographical location of the user during the session, namely when accessing http://www.ia-cps.org, in order to send him/her the newsletter related to that geographical area.

After registration, when requesting services, the user will also provide the personal bank data, necessary exclusively for paying the products. IACPS commits to solely use personal data for providing services and/or delivering goods.

Disclosure and transmission of personal information

IACPS complies with and applies the European Union Regulation 2016/679.

IACPS does not collect data directly from the users of http://www.ia-cps.org, but it requests data concerning the students from the accredited providers of programs, namely:

  • Name and first name;
  • Graduated program;
  • Period of program.

The data are transmitted by the training provider, the latter having the obligation to request the consent of students residing in the European Union.

IACPS also requests the student or training provider’s address, subject to the condition that it requests the submission of the printed certificate or accreditation.

IACPS will not disclose (by sale or lease) your personal information to third parties However, IACPS may disclose your personal information to third parties and it is not liable for disclosing your data to third parties in the following cases:

  • If the disclosure was made with your consent;
  • If the disclosure of information is necessary for providing products and services requested by you;
  • If personal data provided voluntarily in discussion sessions (chat), exchange of electronic messages, discussion forums, comments or other similar ones from this site could be used by third parties to generate/transmit unrequested messages;
  • If the information is necessary to improve or facilitate services or products requested by you;
  • We can disclose personal information to public authorities or institutions according to the legal provisions or in good faith if:
    • It is stipulated in a legal provision;
    • It protects the rights of IACPS or partner companies;
    • It prevents an offence or protects national safety;
    • It protects personal or public safety;
    • This information is necessary to solve different situations.
  • If your activities violate the terms and conditions set by IACPS or instructions for using certain products and services;
  • If IACPS merges or it is fully or partially purchased by other company and the database is transferred to the new operator.
  • If IACPS becomes insolvent, voluntarily or involuntarily, by the liquidator, administrator or buyer, the database can be only sold, authorized and transacted with the consent of the court.

If the above-mentioned situations occur, you will be informed by e-mail or notification on the site.

In certain situations, IACPS may automatically collect (not by voluntary registration) technical information and not the user’s identification data, when accessing any site of IACPS. This type of technical information includes but it is not limited to: type of Internet browser used, operation system of personal computer, used by the user or name of domain or domain host from which the user connected to IACPS sites.

Cookies

The cookie is an information placed in the user’s computer which identifies information about that user. IACPS, together with its partners, uses cookies for providing you the smoothest navigation on the site and tracking/memorizing the visitors’ preferences, with statistical purpose, in order to inform, optimize and broadcast announcements/advertisements depending on the previous visits made by the user on site.

The users have the option to set the browser so that it rejects cookies, click here to deactivate them.

But pay attention! The deactivation of cookies will have a negative impact on the navigation on our site, for example you will not be able to view certain images/access certain options/facilities.

Safety and storage

The personal data will be stored in adequate safety conditions in our computer systems in order to prevent their unauthorized accessing, modifications or disclosures. IACPS policy on data safety requires both specific procedures for data collection, storage and processing and adequate encryption and physical security measures, aimed to ensure the protection against unauthorized access to systems with personal data. We store these data for maximum 3 years from the last accessing or our use, being deleted subsequently. With respect to information transmitted between the website and users, the unauthorized access to the information from third parties or the negligent disclosure of this information during transit is possible, although we are taking reasonable preventive measures to protect the information. The users accept this risk when communicating on http://www.ia-cps.org.

Modifications of the current Confidentiality policy

It is possible to occasionally modify the Confidentiality policy, totally or partially, at our discretion. Any modifications brought to the current Confidentiality policy will immediately enter into force when posting the revised policy on the website. Depending on the nature of modification, we will announce the modification on http://www.ia-cps.org or by e-mail, if we have your e-mail address. However, in any case, by continuously accessing http://www.ia-cps.org after any modification, we will consider that you agreed with that modification. If you do not agree with the terms of the current Confidentiality policy, as it may be occasionally modified, totally or partially, you will stop accessing http://www.ia-cps.org.
