IACPS, http://www.ia-cps.org platform are the exclusive property of the International Association of Communication Psychology.

The use of this website and registration in http://www.ia-cps.org platform shows your acceptance concerning the terms and conditions mentioned below.

The International Association of Communication Psychology, hereinafter referred to as IACPS "/"Author", as author/owner/administrator of http://www.ia-cps.org website, reserves its right to change and update at any moment the content of this website, as well as the Confidentiality policy and Terms of use, without any prior notice. Therefore, we kindly ask you to periodically visit this section to check the Terms and Conditions agreed.

By using http://www.ia-cps.org site, you (hereinafter referred to as user/client) agree with the Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this site, please do not use http://www.ia-cps.org.

For the best and homogenous interpretation of the Usage Terms and Conditions of the site, as well as of the rights and obligations arising from their acceptance, the following terms will be interpreted as follows:

• Site: the webpage owned by IACPS, with address http://www.ia-cps.org, by means of which the user has access to information on services and products offered/provided by IACPS. The site includes: texts, images, databases, products, logos, softs, animations, movies, interactive videos, offers and any type of information, ads, etc. and represent the "content" of http://www.ia-cps.org site, which is completely owned by IACPS;
• Client/user: is the person who accesses the site, for private or professional purposes and who accepted the Usage Terms and Conditions of this site, meeting in this way all requirements of registration and use process of http://www.ia-cps.org site. IACPS makes available to the clients the necessary technical means for identifying and correcting the errors occurred when entering data, by entering the user name and password;
• Provider: IACPS;
• Goods and services: accreditation documentation of training programs, training courses, consolidation exercises, assessment tests, application of accreditation issuance, certificates, application of accreditation verification, certificates.
• Registration: is the electronic document, generated after the client accesses the site, as form of communication between IACPS and the client. The registration is only carried out based on the access codes provided by IACPS directly or by third parties;
• Contract: is the order confirmed by IACPS, by which it agrees to provide the client the access to educational services, at the prices, characteristics and established terms, and the client agrees to pay for them, according to the document herein;
• Promotion: is the product or service (package of services) with promotional price made available by IACPS to be promoted and sold by the site, limited to available stock;
• Access to educational services and access to promotions: it is granted to any user who has or creates an account on http://www.ia-cps.org;
• Newsletter/Alert: periodical, exclusively electronical means of information about the products, services and/or promotions made by IACPS in a certain period, without any commitment from IACPS in relation to the information included in it;
• Intellectual property rights: all immaterial rights, such as know-how, copyright and in-kind copyright, rights on databases, design rights, rights on models, patents, trademarks and registrations of domain names for any of the above;
• Specifications: all specifications and/or descriptions of products and services, as mentioned in the order;
• Abusive use: is the site use contrary to the practice in the field, regulations and legislation in force or in any other way that can prejudice IACPS.

Information for Users

The services provided on http://www.ia-cps.org are intended to any natural or legal persons in the conditions and limits presented on this page ("Terms and conditions"). As a user, you understand and agree with the following responsibilities:

• To provide real, accurate and complete data about yourself, as requested by the registration form, when appropriate;
• To maintain and renew the registration data, when necessary, to be real, accurate and complete. You also undertake not to do the following:
  • To publish materials that contain viruses or other programs with the intention to destroy this system and any other system or information;
  • To publish copywritten material, if you are not the author or if you do not have the author’s permission to publish that material;
  • To publish obscene, injurious, threatening or malicious materials about other user, natural or legal person, materials or information prohibited by legal provisions in force;
  • To publish an image or affirmation that violates the legal norms in force.

By accessing the registration form by which you transmit your personal data, when requested, you declare that you agree with the following:

• That personal data requested are collected, stored and processed by IACPS;
• Personal data are used for communication;
• To receive from IACPS diverse advertising, information materials, proposals and invitations to different activities. The site users can send comments, notes, suggestions, ideas or observations about the site content and structure, can address questions, as long as their content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, injurious, does not affect private life, intellectual property rights of IACPS or its Partners/providers and which do not contain viruses, political/electoral campaigns, commercial requests, chain letters, mass mailing or any other form of spam. You cannot use a false e-mail address or impersonate other person or entity. IACPS reserves its right but not obligation to delete or edit such information.

IACPS reserves its right to suspend or terminate the user registration or user access to services from IACPS platform if you violate any of the terms of this Agreement. You are responsible for user registration and use of IACPS services. Do not disclose the user password to other person or use the services registered with other identity. From this point of view, IACPS limits the user access to maximum 2 different devices.

Site use. Intellectual property rights.

The information published on the site is general information about IACPS and possibly about its Partners/providers, educational services provided and other information considered of general interest for users. The information is made available to the users free of charge in order to facilitate collaboration.

IACPS is the owner of all intellectual property rights on http://www.ia-cps.org site, namely on the its design, content, graphics, images, software, logos and all materials integrated in the site, being protected by the Romanian and international law on copyrights. These materials cannot be copied or multiplied, partially or totally, except the period needed to be viewed online. However, the Client/User can only copy, transfer and/or use the content for personal or non-commercial purposes, unless it enters in conflict with other document provisions.

The reproduction, copying, multiplication, sale, resale or use of information from the site or a part of it, the access or use of information made available by IACPS and its contractual Partners/providers by the site in a way that violates the internal or international law in matters of copyright and intellectual property can result in the civil or criminal liability for such actions.

We are not responsible for the material content of a third party from our site.

You agree that IACPS is not responsible and has no obligation to the validity of external resources or their content, it does not support them and it is not liable for the content, advertising, products or other materials from these sites. You also agree that IACPS did not hold you liable or compelled you directly or indirectly for any damage caused or presumed to be caused by the use or confirmation of any content, products or services available on these sites or resources.

You are not entitled to use http://www.ia-cps.org and its services for any illegal purposes, which are illegal and prohibited by the following provisions, conditions and information or for disseminating any material that affects the privacy of any person in an abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene way or which violates the intellectual property or any right of any person, including the sale of pornographic material, weapons and ammunitions, living creatures and endangered species, goods and other guarantees, drugs and hallucinogenic products, human body parts and remains or any other material that can be or encourage a behavior that can be considered a criminal act or which violates any legal provision. You are not allowed to use http://www.ia-cps.org and its services in any way, directly or indirectly, that can harm or deprive of rights or interfere with the normal operation of the site. You cannot use any automated equipment or manual procedure for monitoring and copying our sites or their content without our prior written permission. Access to educational services

• If a contract with specific clauses was concluded between the parties, this contract will prevail and the clauses will complete it to the extent to which the contract does not contain contrary provisions, which will be applied with priority and it is not valid for legal persons. If this thing is wanted, namely the invoicing for a legal person, another contract is concluded and the terms and conditions are discussed.
• By accessing the educational platform on http://www.ia-cps.org, the Client agrees with the form of communication (by phone or e-mail) by which IACPS carries out its operations on the site.
• The working hours for customer service of IACPS: Monday – Friday between 09:00 - 5:00, except public holidays, unless it mentioned otherwise on the site.
• The maximum time for confirming or not accepting an order by IACPS will be 48 hours from launching the order on the site, regardless of the way in which it is carried out (email, form, order system, telephone, etc.), except orders made on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays, when the period starts running from the first business day after the one in which the order was made.
• If IACPS confirms the execution of an order, this will imply the full acceptance of the terms by the client. The order acceptance by IACPS is considered completed when IACPS sends the electronic confirmation (e-mail) to the Client, without any acknowledgement of receipt from the latter.
• IACPS does not consider any unconfirmed order as a Contract.
• Therefore, the contract enters into force on the date of order confirmation by IACPS and in compliance with the price and payment method specified in the order confirmation.
• The object of the contract is the product/products and services presented on site and concerning which the client expressed his/her option to access them, by generating an order on http://www.ia-cps.org, confirmed by IACPS consultants.
• The client will verify the description and characteristics of the educational service, payment method, completion placing the order.
• The educational services from http://www.ia-cps.org site are available as long as they comply with the legislation in force.
• In general, the price of educational services is mentioned on the site.
• The price can be modified by IACPS, at any moment, without notice, depending on the investment in human resources, material resources and legal provisions.
• In order to be applicable, the price of the educational service will be honest and serious. Thus, IACPS notices that there can be cases in theory when, following site disfunctions or errors, the price displayed on the site may not be the real one. In these cases, IACPS apologizes for the inconveniences and will inform the client about the correct price.
• The price, payment method and payment term are specified in the order.
• The payment can be made by Internet Banking and by card through PayPal platform.

Limits of IACPS liability

• The site can also include links to other sites. In these cases, IACPS is not responsible for their confidentiality policy, as well as for any other information mentioned on these sites. IACPS is not liable for the content, quality or nature of other sites accessed by content links, regardless of the nature of these links. Their owners are fully responsible for those sites.
• IACPS is not and cannot be held responsible for the prejudices caused by errors, inaccuracy or lack of updating information published or kept on the site, which is not due to its fault. The users can find detailed, complete and accurate information by telephone or email of IACPS.
• IACPS reserves its right to complete and modify any information on the site.
• IACPS is not liable for any loss, costs, processes, claims, expenses or other responsibilities, if these are directly caused due to the lack of complying with the Terms and conditions.
• IACPS is not responsible for the prejudices caused by the lack of operation or modification, suspension or interruption of services available on the site, as well as for those resulting from the impossibility to access certain links published on the site.
• If the user or client does not agree with and/or does not accept and/or revokes his/her agreement with the terms and conditions of site use:
  • He/she waives: the access to the services, the reception of information reports and/or communications of any type (electronic, phone, etc.) from IACPS, without any subsequent guarantee from its side.
  • IACPS will delete all data related to him/her from its database, without any subsequent obligation of any party to the other or without any party claiming damages from the other.
  • The Client / User can review at any time his/her decision on the agreement and/or acceptance of the Terms and conditions, under the form in which they are available in that moment.
  • The Client cannot revoke the agreement expressed in favor of complying with the Terms and Conditions during the Contract performance or until he/she will not pay the counter-value of all due Contracts with IACPS.
• IACPS reserves its right to modify or interrupt, temporarily or permanently, partially or completely, the services made available by this site, with or without any prior notice.
• IACPS reserves its right to introduce advertising materials of any type and/or links on any page of the site, in compliance with the legislation in force.
• IACPS does not provide any guarantees to the Users that the information from the site will meet the Users’ requirements, that the computer services underlying the site operation will be uninterrupted, on time, safe or without errors, the quality of any information obtained from the site will meet all the Users’ requirements, any program error will be corrected, as well as any other similar aspects.
• Except the legal guarantee obligation, IACPS Partners/providers do not provide any type of direct or indirect guarantees that:
  • The service/product will meet the client’s requirements;
  • The service/product will be uninterrupted, on time, safe or without errors of any type;
  • The products/services obtained for free or for a fee by means of the service will meet the client’s requirements or expectations.
• The site operators, administrators and/or owners are not responsible for their relations or consequences resulting from, but not limited to purchases, special offers, promotions or any other type of relation/transaction/collaboration, etc. that can occur between the client or user and any of those who carry out the direct or indirect promotion on the site.
• The user is the sole responsible person for potential damages caused to calculation systems or site accessing network or any other data losses that could be the result of downloading information and services from the site.
• For the site sections that may include Users’ posts, the responsibility for the content of these posts belongs entirely to their authors. IACPS reserves its right not to make public those posts that violate the use terms and conditions or which are considered harmful, under any form, for its own image, clients, partners/providers or third parties.
• IACPS does not guarantee in any way that the documents, files or any other data packages included or related to this site do not contain viruses and will not be held responsible for any type of current or future prejudice caused by or by means of this site. Consequently, any site user will use an antivirus program when using the site, for its protection.
• IACPS does not undertake to update the information and materials from the site with a certain frequency/periodicity. Information can suffer changes at any time and without notice and will be integrated in the following site modifications, carried out depending on the possibilities of IACPS team.
• IACPS will not be responsible for any direct, indirect, accidental, special damages, including but not limited to damages or profit losses, goodwill, data use possibilities or other intangible or immeasurable losses (even if it was informed previously about the possibility of such losses), resulting from:
  • The use or impossibility to use the information published on the site;
  • Unauthorized access to or damage of transmissions or user data;
  • Declarations or actions of any third party on the site services and/or content;
  • Any other problem related to the site content.
• Given the variety of educational services, regulated by different normative acts, different internal norms, each dimension will be provided with a customized regulation.

Jurisdiction and applicable law

By using http://www.ia-cps.org, the User agrees with the fact that the Romanian laws will govern the Use terms and conditions and any litigation of any type that may occur between the users and IACPS or its associates/partners/affiliated entities. In case of potential conflicts, their amicable settlement will be firstly attempted, within 30 business days from recording the complaint by IACPS. If any agreement cannot be reached within the term mentioned above, the competent court of law from the same administrative structure as the headquarter will be taken into account.

Brand-related information

IACPS name and logo are registered trademarks owned by the International Association of Communication Psychology. The use of the brand, domain or name ia-cps.org or IACPS, directly or in "hidden" form (of the type but not limited to metatags or other indexing, web search techniques) without the prior written consent of IACPS is forbidden and punished by law.

Notifications

All notifications or requests to IACPS as owner of http://www.ia-cps.org platform are only valid in writing and will be sent to iacps@ia-cps.org.
